Well, it is week 7 and I am down 5 pounds so far. Not a ton I know, but I am slowly figuring out how to incorporate a healthy lifestyle. I have had trouble getting to work out in the afternoons so I joined a local gym. I now go workout on my lunch break. This way I can workout without taking time away from my kids and I can work out without with out interruption! So far I have really enjoyed it!
Going to the gym at lunch also keeps me from eating fast food. It forces me to pack my lunch and think about what I am taking. I feel like I have FINALLY found a good routine that will allow me to lose weight in a healthy way!
How do you fit in exercise during your busy days?
